Job summary

Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency is seeking anAdministrative Coordinator to coordinate referrals, schedule appointments, and provide program information to families and partners. You will document interactions in HBDS and support QA staff with data entry and reporting.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, are bilingual in English/Spanish, and hold a valid Florida driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equal, two years related experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for family and partner communication.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required for field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals from Early Learning Coalition and schedule appointments.
• Provide program information to families and partners and document interactions.
• Maintain HBDS data, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and communications; support program operations and collaboration.
• Monitor referral progress from intake to case closure with timely follow-up.
