Job summary

The Childrens Place At Home Safe Inc is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency. The role focuses on coordinating referrals from the Early Learning Coalition, scheduling appointments, and providing program information to families and community partners.

Responsibilities include documenting on the HBDS, coordinating Developmental Consultant teams, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent; combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to drive in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Early Learning Coalition referrals and office services.
• Serve as primary contact for families and referral agencies; schedule appointments and provide program information.
• Document interactions in the Healthy Beginnings Database System (HBDS).
• Coordinate schedules for Developmental Consultants and Outreach Educators; relay updates to leadership.
• Maintain program records with data entry, audits, and documentation for compliance.
• Prepare reports and monthly communications; support collaboration with community partners.
• Monitor referral progress from intake to case closure with timely follow-up and quality service.
