Job summary

Mercy Housing, the nation's largest non-profit affordable housing provider, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment from prescreening to interview scheduling. This role helps hiring managers identify top talent, ensure a positive candidate experience, and coordinate hiring events.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Location is downtown Denver with a hybrid schedule: 1 day in office, 4 days remote after training; pay range $25.71–$27/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years in a human resources role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools (Outlook, Google Calendar, Calendly).
• Two (2) years experience in recruiting or onboarding.
• UKG experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, colleagues, applicants, administrative staff, and others.
• Advise hiring managers on the best method/medium for sourcing candidates.
• Provide feedback to hiring manager on recruiting activity and challenges being faced. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates across multiple time zones.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, confirming details and providing updates on the recruiting and hiring process.
• Work with local and regional community partnerships through job fairs, workforce centers, technical schools, community colleges, universities, etc.
• Post job openings on internal and external job boards, social media, and company website.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and ensure all candidate records are up to date.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters and coordinating background checks and pre-employment requirements.
