Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for diverse candidate pools.
• Strong sourcing via social media, job boards, internet sourcing and networking.
• Knowledge of employment laws to ensure compliant hiring practices.
• Previous experience recruiting for hourly, operational, and salaried positions in landscape or similar industries.
• Familiarity with community engagement, job fairs, and building talent pipelines from diverse sources.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies and leveraging marketing tools for talent attraction.
