Job summary

SIMOS in Ohio is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume light industrial staffing across Gahanna and Lancaster, OH. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end process from offer to onboarding.

This role involves community outreach, grassroots recruiting, and monthly travel to the Pittsburgh area. You will build pipelines, track candidate data, and ensure compliance across our systems while delivering a positive candidate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting with ATS familiarity.
• Strong prioritization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• End-to-end recruitment knowledge and best practices.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans and effective orientations.
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications.
• Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding.
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records.
