ABM is seeking a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in Los Angeles. This high-volume role supports hiring primarily janitorial staff for the Los Angeles Market, and bilingual English/Spanish is required.

The position is hybrid, based in the office Mon-Thu at 1150 South Olive Street, and the recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and presenting candidates to offers, negotiations, and onboarding tasks.

ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team! This high-volume role will support hiring primarily janitorial team members for our Los Angeles Market. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is required.

This is a Hybrid Role (In-office Mon-Thu) located at 1150 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015.

As an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will source and attract top talent to ABM. This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies and managing the full life cycle of the process including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.

Pay: $70,000–$80,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
