Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter to support our workforce solutions team on construction and data center projects across the United States. You will focus on sourcing, interviewing, vetting, and mobilizing construction and cable technicians, with no prior construction experience required.

The role emphasizes strong recruiting skills, communication, and the drive to learn the industry.

Qualifications

1–4 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
Strong communication and interviewing skills.
Able to conduct high-volume outbound recruiting.
Willing to learn construction and data center terminology.
Experience with ATS/CRM or sourcing tools is a plus.
Construction, data center, cable recruiting experience not required.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified construction, cable, telecommunications, and data center technicians.
Conduct phone screens and interviews in English and Spanish.
Learn technical job requirements and identify qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a technician pipeline and recruiting bench.
Recruit for immediate openings while building future candidates.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates.
Coordinate candidate availability, start dates, travel, and mobilization.
Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
Track candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS/CRM.
Work with operations and senior recruiters to understand workforce needs.
Help improve recruiting strategies, candidate quality, and speed to hire.
