Lone Wolf Staffing in Phoenix is seeking a charismatic Bilingual Staffing Recruiter & Office Specialist to manage the candidate lifecycle and daily office operations. You will be the first impression of our branch—answering high-volume incoming phone calls with a welcoming attitude while executing rigorous onboarding tasks.

You will manage the blue-collar talent pipeline from initial phone screens to digital dispatch tracking.

Qualifications

• 100% fluent in English and Spanish
• 1–2 years in agency staffing or high-volume recruitment
• Proficient with Smartsheet for project tracking
• Experience using ZipRecruiter to manage postings
• Knowledge of I-9 verification and E-Verify processes
• Strong telephone etiquette and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the branch's first impression by answering high-volume calls in English and Spanish
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and construction roles
• Perform onboarding admin tasks, verify Form I-9, and coordinate background/drug screenings
• Process applications and move candidates through the applicant tracking funnel
• Maintain dispatch logs and branch data in Smartsheet
• Utilize ZipRecruiter features to build and maintain candidate pipelines
