Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• End-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with EDGE or other HR systems.
• Experience in events, warehousing, logistics, or construction staffing is a plus.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Chicago with home-based work.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain ATS records.
• Partner with hiring managers and operations to understand staffing needs.
• Build talent pools and nurture candidate relationships.
• Support onboarding and continuous recruiting process improvements.
