Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to recruit in a bilingual environment.
• Experience recruiting and onboarding employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build connections.
• Organized, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard employees for IDL facilities.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs.
