EmployBridge in Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Recruiter to join our human resources team. This contract role focuses on full-cycle recruiting across departments, requiring English and Spanish fluency, high-volume hiring experience, and strong collaboration with hiring managers.

The position entails sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding coordination while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including technical recruiting and high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as UltiPro, Kronos, Paychex, PeopleSoft or iCIMS.
• Deep understanding of employment law related to talent management and HR compliance.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques including social media, cold calling, and research.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media and HR systems.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Engage in external recruiting efforts including campus, executive, and high-volume campaigns.
• Negotiate offers while maintaining employment law and HR compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Utilize ATS platforms (iCIMS, Taleo, PeopleSoft) for sourcing, tracking, and reporting.
• Lead employer branding initiatives through social media to enhance visibility as an employer of choice.
• Support orientation, evaluation processes, and succession planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations across all recruitment activities.

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our human resources team. Hours- 8am-5pm

Contract position- 3-4months

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, and HR systems to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate with hiring managers to identify top talent.
• Engage in external recruiting efforts including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Negotiate offers with candidates while maintaining compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support ongoing talent needs.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for candidate sourcing, tracking, and reporting.
• Lead employer branding initiatives through social media platforms and other channels to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
• Support employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR legal standards and employment regulations across all recruitment activities.

Skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in training & development initiatives related to recruitment best practices.
• Demonstrated relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships internally and externally.
• Knowledge of employee relations principles and internal recruiting strategies.
