Job summary

Auto Saver Plus Insurance Agency in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Full-time Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English). You will answer calls, process payments, and support office operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has prior office experience, and is comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook, and HawkSoft. Insurance experience is a plus and training will be provided.

Job Duties:

• Answering incoming calls
• Receiving and processing payments via phone and in person
• Calling clients
• Sending out daily emails to DMV, Title Companies and Clients
• Entering data/notes into computer database
• Filing paperwork
• Process daily mail

Qualifications:

• Prior office experience
• Strong telephone skills
• MUST be FLUENT in English and Spanish
• Ability to multi task and stay calm in a high paced work environment
• Computer Savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of the HawkSoft Program is a Plus
• Prior Insurance experience is a Plus.
