Auto Saver Plus Insurance Agency in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Full-time Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English). You will answer calls, process payments, and support office operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has prior office experience, and is comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook, and HawkSoft. Insurance experience is a plus and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Prior office experience is required.
• Strong telephone skills are essential.
• Ability to multi task in a high paced work environment.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• HawkSoft knowledge is a plus.
• Prior insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls.
• Receiving and processing payments via phone and in person.
• Calling clients.
• Sending out daily emails to DMV, Title Companies and Clients.
• Entering data/notes into computer database.
• Filing paperwork.
• Process daily mail.
