Job summary

Acme Distribution is seeking a friendly, organized Bilingual Receptionist / Recruiter to be the first contact for employees, applicants, customers, and visitors in Aurora, CO. You will support recruiting from initial contact through hiring while managing reception duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Spanish-English bilingual communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Previous Administrative experience-REQUIRED
• Previous Recruiting experience- REQUIRED
• Bilingual in Spanish and English REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, visitors, and phone calls.
• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages.
• Manage general email correspondence and office communications.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain employee and office records while handling confidential information appropriately.
• Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Coordinate interviews with Human Resource Business Partner and hiring managers.
• Prepare and send job offers and other new-hire documents.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, physical assessments and drug screenings.
• Assist with new-hire paperwork and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Represent Acme Distribution professionally and positively throughout the recruiting process.
