Job summary

ACCESS Community Health Network in the Bloomingdale area seeks a friendly front desk receptionist to greet patients, collect data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure each visit runs smoothly. You will receive comprehensive training on Epic EMR and contribute to ACCESS's patient-centered medical home model, supporting health equity and community care while growing with a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

• Serve as patients’ first point of contact and create a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk.
• Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model.
• Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
• Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, one of the world's leading Electronic Medical Record systems.
