Job summary

United Care ABA-Colorado in Denver, CO is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our mission-driven team dedicated to helping children with autism and their families. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, and carefully collect data to track progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($22–$26+ per hour), and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain before start date.
• Experience with children in educational/behavioral settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow treatment plans.
• Team player who welcomes feedback and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on behaviors and skills.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings; maintain ethics.
