United Care ABA-Colorado is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a mission-driven team in Colorado. The position offers training, supervision, and respect as you work with children with autism.

Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time) and competitive pay are available, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement. Responsibilities include one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, data collection, and helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete before start date.
• Experience working with children in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable, with ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.
• Desire to help children grow and create a positive, consistent learning environment.
• A team player who values collaboration and is open to learning and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families.
