Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete certification.
• Experience working with children in educational or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable with data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one‑to‑one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior plans.
• Accurately collect and record data on target behaviors.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Coordinate with BCBA and participate in meetings and training.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards.
