Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy for children and families in the Denver area. You’ll work under BCBA guidance, implement plans, collect data, and maintain HIPAA standards while communicating with caregivers.

We offer competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour, free CEUs, paid training, and bonus referral rewards. Eligible candidates have RBT certification and bilingual Spanish/English skills to support diverse families.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• RBT certification is required.
• Free access to RBT certification course for candidates with experience in relevant settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
