Job summary

EzCare ABA in Alexandria, VA is seeking a compassionate Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a child in the client’s home, Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

You will implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA, help the child build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, collect session data, and document progress, with ongoing guidance from experienced BCBAs and a collaborative, family‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in the client's home.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
