Job summary

EzCare ABA in Midlothian, Virginia is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (Spanish Speaking RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy after school, in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on client progress, and collaborate with families to support each child's growth.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent; RBT certification (or willingness to obtain); prior ABA experience preferred; and reliable

We're seeking a dedicated and caring Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (Spanish Speaking RBT) to join our team!

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a child in the Midlothian area on a consistent after-school schedule. You'll implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
