Job summary

Hidden-Light-Aba is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and assist in implementing behavior intervention plans. You will provide direct 1:1 therapy and help track progress with data collection.

You'll collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency, maintain accurate client records, and contribute to individualized care plans in a supportive setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
