Hidden Light ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct 1:1 therapy under supervision.

The role requires RBT certification and experience in ABA techniques, with focus on compassionate, professional care and accurate data collection for progress tracking.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and data tracking.

Responsibilities
