Job summary

Odyssey ABA, LLC, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Behavior Technician (RBT) in Hampton, VA for in-person, part-time work. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-designed plans, and collect data to track progress, supporting clients’ communication and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates are RBT certified, passionate about helping individuals with special needs, and committed to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required; 40-hour course completed and exam pending acceptable.
• Passion for working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Interest or experience in ABA, psychology, or special education.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection.
• Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA).
• Positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track progress and collect meaningful session data.
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
