Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Alexandria area. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with a child, build a meaningful connection, and play an important part in their growth and development.

You will provide ABA therapy in the client's home, implement plans from the supervising BCBA, and collect data while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in the client's home.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Help the client build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use engaging teaching strategies tailored to the child.
• Collect session data and complete documentation.
• Partner with families and the clinical team to support progress.
