Job summary

C4BehaviorLLC, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Spanish-speaking Behavior Technician (RBT) for Savannah, Georgia. This part-time, in-person role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM with pay of $25 per hour.

The BT/RBT will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, help clients develop life, communication, and social skills, and track progress in a structured clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques preferred.
• Background in special education or psychology beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision related to ABA and special education.
