Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and a collaborative care team, delivering therapy in-home or at clinic sites, and will receive training if not yet certified.

This role offers premium pay for bilingual service, paid training and exam costs, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for advancement within our supportive, family-centered program.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation; travel up to 30 miles.
• Physically able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with children (childcare, teaching, or early childhood) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
