Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver compassionate services and build communication, social, and daily living skills.

This in-home/clinic role offers premium pay for bilingual candidates, paid training to obtain the RBT credential, and opportunities for internal growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with children (childcare, teaching, or early childhood) is a strong foundation.
• Willingness to participate in company training and ongoing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
