Job summary

Bright Achievements is a family-focused Behavioral Health Agency delivering home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. We value bilingual skills and family involvement to support meaningful progress.

We are hiring Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to join our team on a part-time, in-person basis in Raleigh, NC, offering flexible after-school and weekend shifts, competitive $20–$30 per hour, and opportunities for professional development and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; support to obtain it is provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required.
• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, their families and supervisors.
• Maintain professionalism in all aspects of work.
