Job summary

Georgia Behavior Associates (GBA) is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Cartersville, GA.

This position requires fluency in Spanish and English, the ability to work Mon-Fri 1pm–5pm, and a commitment to providing ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.

You will track progress, support treatment plans, and collaborate with families to foster growth, with competitive pay and opportunities for growth within GBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to complete the certification process - we'll guide you!)
• Fluency in Spanish (required)
• Passion for working with children
• High school diploma (minimum)

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy directly to children
• Support treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Track progress and share updates with the clinical team
• Work closely with families to encourage growth and success
