Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children and/or ABA therapy experience required.
• Bilingual communication skills required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local area.
• Compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy in home, school, and clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Create engaging, positive, and supportive learning environments.
• Help children build essential life skills and achieve meaningful goals.
