Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in read/write/speak Spanish (bilingual).

• Experience with audits and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of HACCP or food safety programs.
• Problem-solving mindset and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality strategies aligned with plant goals.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate defects.
• Maintain GMP and quality systems; ensure audit readiness.
• Manage HACCP plans and critical control points.
• Define product specifications, control plans, and validation processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop the quality team; promote accountability and safety.
