Fresh Healthy Habits is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA program in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. You will drive regulatory compliance, maintain high-quality standards, and guide continuous improvement across QA activities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and bilingual communication (English/Spanish) with a diverse workforce. You will partner with production and sanitation to ensure product safety and consistency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3–5+ years in quality assurance/food safety with leadership experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish required for diverse communication.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA/FSMA guidance.

• Lead and manage the QA team, providing training and performance development.
• Oversee food safety and quality programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and preventive measures.
• Conduct internal audits and facility inspections for third-party readiness.

• Monitor sanitation, environmental testing, and product quality.
• Maintain documentation including records and audit reports.
