Job summary

Leakproof Piping System Inc. is seeking a Mandarin-English bilingual Quality Assistant to support the Quality Department in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on document control, inspections, and ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

Qualification includes a technical degree in quality/engineering, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Word. Prior QA support experience and ISO understanding are a plus for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Internship or training in quality, manufacturing, or engineering support is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of inspection processes and measurement tools preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Department with document control and inspection recordkeeping.
• Support inspections of piping materials and fabricated components.
• Prepare and maintain inspection checklists and NCRs.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to meet drawings and specs.
• Assist CAPA documentation and follow-up tracking.
• Organize quality docs including COC, test reports, and supplier records.
• Support internal audits and customer inspections with documentation.
