Job summary

Caliberr Staffing in Aurora, IL is seeking a bilingual Quality Manager (English/Spanish) to oversee our CNC manufacturing quality programs on-site. You will ensure components meet customer specs, industry standards, and internal quality goals while leading audits, calibration, and supplier assessments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in precision manufacturing quality, strong ISO 9001/AS9100 knowledge, and hands-on experience with ERP/QMS systems. Excellent bilingual communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; engineering/manufacturing degree preferred.
• 5+ years in quality management within precision manufacturing or CNC environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems.
• Proficient with ERP and QMS software.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for training and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QMS and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Maintain and update quality documentation and inspection plans.
• Conduct internal audits and support customer/third-party evaluations.
• Analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve issues.
• Lead calibration scheduling for inspection tools.
