Top Metal Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for metal fabrication in Adkins, TX. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish and will inspect CNC cutting, forming, welding, painting, and final inspection.

You will read drawings, perform first article and final inspections, document results, and collaborate with Production, Welding, Engineering, and Management to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 1-3 years QA inspection experience in metal fabrication or related industry.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with measuring tools and dimensional inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
• Perform incoming, in-process, first article, and final inspections.
• Conduct dimensional inspections using tape measures, calipers, squares, and angle gauges.
• Verify first article inspections before production runs.
• Inspect components, welded assemblies, and finished products for quality.
• Maintain material identification and product traceability.
• Complete inspection reports and quality documentation accurately.
• Conduct final inspections before packaging and shipment.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials or products.
