Job summary

Xcell Orthopedics Institute of Sports Performance LLC seeks a Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech) for its McAllen, Mission and Weslaco locations. You will guide patients through prescribed exercises, support daily clinic operations, and help create a welcoming, high-energy environment.

No experience? No problem—training is provided as you gain exposure to musculoskeletal rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, balance programs, and vestibular rehab in a growing outpatient clinic.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable standing and staying active throughout the day.
• Interest in healthcare, fitness, or rehabilitation is a plus.
• Background in Kinesiology, Rehab, or Healthcare is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through prescribed exercises.
• Build strong, positive relationships with patients.
• Support daily clinic operations and maintain a smooth workflow.
