Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• 3 years work experience in related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proficient verbal and written communications skills; Proficient in Spanish and English
• Proficiency with Excel, SPSS or other research data system;

Responsibilities

• Conducts and scores neuropsychological assessments in compliance with study protocols.
• Conducts participant interviews using standardized techniques to ensure accurate data collection.
• Conducts literature reviews to support research activities and manuscript development.
• Manages research databases using Excel, and other statistical or data management programs.
• Organizes and prepares grant-related documentation for Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions.
• Review, and audit data for accuracy; follow up with participants to resolve discrepancies.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn phlebotomy techniques necessary to fulfill project needs.
• Assists with protocol amendments and updates.
• Contributes to the development of manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations.
• Provides relevant data and support materials for grant proposals.
• Trains new staff on interviewing techniques and assessment procedures.
