National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Compliance Manager to implement and monitor ORR/IFR policies for safeguarding children and youth in care. The role will train staff, manage PSA orientations, review grievances, and ensure timely reporting and audit readiness across programs.

You will collaborate with ORR and program leadership, maintain documentation, and support continuous quality improvement while upholding NYAP’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required; strong written and verbal communication essential.
• Must pass criminal background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with ORR Policy and IFR standards and train staff accordingly.
• Oversee PSA orientations for children in care and monitor implementation and documentation.
• Review grievances and elevate to program director for resolution.
• Lead reporting to ORR, CPS, and PSA coordinators and maintain records.
• Collaborate with ORR Stakeholders to ensure timely audits and CAP responses.
