• Strong background in accounts receivable management, handling collections and disputes.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-property experience.
• Ability to work independently and make sound tenant/operations decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property administration: lease negotiations, onboarding, move-outs, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage financial workflows: rent processing, delinquency handling, and collections to minimize vacancies.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships to preserve property value.
• Serve as primary contact for Spanish-speaking residents and stakeholders, resolving inquiries with cultural sensitivity.
• Use Yardi to track KPIs, generate reports, and maintain digital records.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
