You will be responsible for the overall well-being and productivity of the community and the office/maintenance team.

Property Manager Job Duties

• Work with prospective and current residents to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Tour the community and apartment homes
• Coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies
• Plan and manage yearly budget
• Code and pay invoices
• Complete monthly reports
• Ensure sales and maintenance teams meet necessary goals
• Follow eviction and move-out processes
• Achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents

Property Manager Requirements

• Onsite apartment property management experience
• Software knowledge such as Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.
• Fair Housing knowledge is required
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability
• Ability and desire to assist with other community projects
• Enjoy working with others and taking directions when needed
• Maintain a friendly, customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers
