ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities, ensuring efficient and profitable performance in the United States. You will focus on delivering exceptional resident service while maximizing revenue, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations, plus developing marketing strategies to attract residents and maintain competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and ability to manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of leasing consultants and maintenance staff.
• Knowledge of property management software (OneSite/Yardi/RealPage) and MS Office.
• Ability to monitor budgets and analyze financial performance; strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate a team of leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders, move-ins, and maintenances requests; supervise renewals and lease terms.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards and regulations are met; maintain financial records and budgets.
