ZRS Management, LLC seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities, focusing on resident service and revenue growth. Reports to Regional Manager.

You will supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin personnel, coordinating with maintenance for timely work orders and move-ins. The role requires a valid driver’s license and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Conduct market research to set rental rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and move-ins.
• Manage lease renewals and maximize resident retention.
• Maintain financial records and assist with budgeting.
• Address resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
