TI Communities in Dallas, TX seeks a Property Manager (Bilingual Spanish) to lead onsite teams for Ventana Apartments (270 units). Manage leasing, renewals, and resident relations while driving occupancy and revenue. Role includes supervision, budgeting, and coordinating maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in multi-family housing management.
• Class B-C property experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of property bookkeeping and financials.
• The ability to connect with a variety of people and successfully lead a team.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and development for the onsite team.
• Maintain direct supervision of all staff, including work schedules and delegation of duties.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including calls, requests, and concerns.
• Drive financial results to meet TI Communities' income and expense goals.
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets market trends to inform marketing and leasing strategies.
• Lead sales with leasing, renewals, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with the Service Director to ensure property conditions and curb appeal.
• Perform bookkeeping and financial tasks, including rent collection and reports.
• Conduct daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance team.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards are met.
