Job summary

The Schochet Companies are seeking a Property Manager for Taurus at Fountain Hill Apartments in Roxbury, MA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and foster positive resident relations while ensuring financial and operational success of the property.

Responsibilities include rent calculations and collections, handling notices for delinquencies, unit recertifications, and compliance with HUD regulations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Experience in property management, preferably in affordable housing.
• Knowledge of HUD programs (Project-Based Section 8, COS/CPO) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise property staff, with annual reviews.
• Maintain positive resident relationships and communications with tenants.
• Oversee rent calculations, collections and delinquency notices.
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and recertification timelines.
