Job Title: Property Manager

Reports To: Regional Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential property. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for creating a positive living experience for residents. The ideal candidate is approachable yet authoritative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering outstanding customer service
  • Manage all incoming communications including calls, emails, and walk-ins
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements and other rental documentation
  • Collect rent payments and deposits in a timely and organized manner
  • Handle resident concerns and service requests promptly and professionally
  • Identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction and property operations
  • Maintain accurate records and process administrative forms, reports, and documents
  • Conduct leasing activities using effective sales and telephone techniques
  • Manage delinquencies, issue late notices, and coordinate the eviction process as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management, leasing, or related customer service field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general tech tools
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Valid driver’s license required
