Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff to completion, managing timelines, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from RFQ through production launch.
• Serve as liaison between customers, internal departments, and overseas manufacturing partners.
• Develop project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools; analyze data for improvements.
• Assist with project costing, supplier quotations, and tooling investment reviews.
• Participate in special cross-functional projects as assigned.
