HotFoot Recruiter partners with a growing construction and engineering services company to hire a Bilingual Project Assistant Manager. This role will support project execution, installation coordination, inspection processes, quality tracking, billing documentation, and internal operational procedures for engineering and construction projects.
This position is ideal for a Mandarin-English bilingual professional with project coordination, construction, engineering, or semiconductor project support experience who can work cross-functionally with internal teams, contractors, and site personnel.

Responsibilities
- Follow and execute internal company operational procedures.
- Support project execution related to system installation, hook‑up, and turn‑on activities.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing inspection processes.
- Support PER hook‑up procedures and related project documentation.
- Track, analyze, and review quality issues, defects, and corrective action items.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain billing and payment documentation.
- Conduct FSR site inspections, quotations, and follow‑up documentation.
- Support ISO documentation procedures and provide revision suggestions when needed.
- Coordinate with internal project teams, field teams, contractors, and supervisors.
- Complete required certifications, training, and skill examinations as assigned.
- Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Mandarin-English bilingual ability required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of project coordination, project administration, construction support, engineering support, or related experience preferred.
- Familiarity with system installation, hook‑up, construction, or field project workflows preferred.
- Semiconductor, MEP, cleanroom, construction, or engineering project experience is a plus.
- Strong documentation, follow‑up, organization, and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable tracking quality, billing, and project progress items.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Contractor license or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Able to work on‑site and coordinate with multiple teams in a fast‑paced project environment.
