Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives requests from schools and partners; verifies eligibility and schedules intakes.
• Runs reports to track program billing under Medi-Cal rules.
• Reviews client files (electronic and paper) to ensure complete admin paperwork.
• Assists with program administrative tracking and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Participates in staff and stakeholder meetings and training.
• Orders program office supplies.
• Provides educational presentations to students for entry to program.
• Word processing support: memos, charts, reports, meeting agendas/minutes; ensure clarity of copy.
• Inputs data for Quarterly Status Report (QSR) and Staffing Status Report (SSR).
• Creates flyers/graphics; proofs copy for spelling and grammar.
• Collaborates to run medical coverage monthly; ensure accurate billing.
• Tracks program spending.
• Maintains HIPAA compliant filing system; organized physical and electronic files.
• Participates in staff/agency meetings; reception coverage as needed.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
