Job summary

Crown Linen, LLC is seeking Production Operators to accurately feed linen into machines, verify account ownership, and prevent mixed, dirty, or damaged linen from entering processing. You will maintain a clean work station, monitor quality, and coordinate with team leaders to report issues.

Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow simple instructions, and demonstrate reliable English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 3 months or more related experience in a commercial laundry or hotel industry.
• Ability to understand, comprehend, and follow simple instructions, short correspondence, and product labeling.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet required performance goals and objectives.
• Ability to work in a team environment and alone.
• Good communications, both orally and written in English.
• Must have good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Feeding machinery with sheets, Duvets, bathrobes, pillowcases, towels, tablecloths, napkins, mats.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized working station.
• Ensure the linen being processed belongs to the account assigned.
• Identify any damaged, dirty, or mixed linen and properly place it in the correct containers.
• Maintain an average of 85% or above for production based on the IT system in place.
• Must be logged into the IT system in place at all times while working on the machine.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
